Saw these on Pinterest, they are in several different places online, and decided to make them for our 4th of July swim party we attended. They were a huge hit and gone in seconds.
Wash and dry strawberries. Melt white chocolate and dip 2/3 of the way up the strawberry. Allow excess to drip off and then immediately roll bottom in blue sprinkles. Lay on parchment paper to harden. Best to keep in fridge until ready to serve.
